Simple summary
SunnyDaysApp mobile purchases and subscriptions are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play.
Refund requests are usually handled by the store where the purchase was made.
If you cancel a subscription, cancellation normally stops future renewals. It does not always
automatically refund the current or past billing period.

2. Scope of this Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to SunnyDaysApp paid features and subscriptions, including the planned
SunnyDays Pro monthly subscription.
SunnyDays Pro is planned as a monthly subscription for approximately €2 per month, or the local
store equivalent shown at checkout. It includes ad-free use and downloadable offline maps with
local PathExplorer route generation and navigation while the subscription is active.
The final price, tax, currency, billing period and refund rules shown by Apple App Store or
Google Play at checkout may depend on your country, app-store region and platform.
3. App Store purchases
If you purchase SunnyDaysApp paid features or subscriptions through Apple App Store,
payment and refund handling are managed by Apple.
To request a refund for an Apple App Store purchase, use Apple’s refund process through
the Apple “Report a Problem” system. You may need to sign in with the Apple Account used
for the purchase and select the relevant app, subscription or item.
SunnyDaysApp can help answer billing questions, but Apple may make the final decision about
refunds for purchases made through Apple App Store.
4. Google Play purchases
If you purchase SunnyDaysApp paid features or subscriptions through Google Play,
payment and refund handling are managed by Google Play.
To request a refund for a Google Play purchase, use Google Play’s refund request process.
You may need to sign in with the Google account used for the purchase and select the
relevant order or subscription.
SunnyDaysApp can help answer billing questions, but Google may make the final decision about
refunds for purchases made through Google Play.
5. Direct website purchases
SunnyDaysApp does not currently offer direct paid subscriptions through the website.
If direct website billing is added later, this Refund Policy will be updated before direct
web payments are offered.
6. Cancellation is not always a refund
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not always automatically refund
charges that already happened.
If you cancel SunnyDays Pro, you may continue to have access to the Pro benefits
until the end of the current paid billing period, unless Apple App Store, Google Play or
applicable law provides otherwise.
To avoid a future renewal charge, cancel the subscription before the next renewal date shown
in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
7. How to cancel
SunnyDaysApp intends to provide an easy in-app cancellation option, which may open or link
to the Apple App Store or Google Play subscription-management screen.
You can also cancel directly through your Apple account or Google Play account settings.
If you are not sure where you purchased the subscription, check your Apple App Store or
Google Play purchase history and email receipts.
8. When SunnyDaysApp may help directly
Contact SunnyDaysApp billing support if:
- you cannot identify where the subscription was purchased;
- the app does not recognize an active subscription after purchase;
- you believe your ad-free or offline-map access is not working correctly;
- you need help finding the correct store cancellation or refund path;
- you have a billing question that is not answered by Apple or Google.
For store-billed purchases, SunnyDaysApp may not be able to issue a refund directly,
but we can try to help you understand the issue and point you to the correct store process.
9. Technical problems
If you paid for SunnyDays Pro and the ad-free or offline-map features do not activate correctly,
contact billing support. Include:
- the platform used for purchase, Apple App Store or Google Play;
- the approximate purchase date;
- the email/account used for SunnyDaysApp login, if applicable;
- a short description of the issue;
- screenshots if helpful, but do not send payment card details.
We may ask you to restore purchases in the app, check your app-store account, update the app
or provide non-sensitive purchase information so we can investigate.
10. Price changes
If the SunnyDays Pro price changes, SunnyDaysApp will notify users through the app and,
where available, by email. Apple App Store or Google Play may also notify you through
their own systems.
Depending on platform rules and applicable law, you may need to accept a price change to
continue the subscription. If you do not accept a required price change, your subscription
may end or not renew.
Refunds related to price changes may depend on the app store, applicable consumer law and
the specific purchase situation.
11. Consumer rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer
protection law. Depending on your country, purchase platform and type of purchase, you may
have additional rights.
If store terms, consumer law or mandatory rules give you stronger refund or cancellation rights,
those rights apply.
12. Fraud, abuse and misuse
SunnyDaysApp may refuse support requests or take account action where there is suspected fraud,
abuse, payment manipulation, account misuse, bypassing ads or payments, refund abuse, scraping
or violation of the Terms of Service.
This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
13. Relationship to other terms
This Refund Policy applies together with the SunnyDaysApp Terms of Service,
Subscription Terms and Privacy Policy.
